My dad is in WCH once or twice a year for pneumonia. Stacy took the time to listen to our concern of dad's fear and dislike for needles. He is always cold. Stacy was in tune with his needs for extra blankets. She showed compassion and was a good listener. Thank you Stacy for your help in making his decision of insulin one needle a day. Hospitals can be scary for those of us who do not understand why things are necessary or what is being done. Just having someone take the time to explain and reassure us is important. Stacy listened to our concerns and fears and helped us. Thank you.
