Stacy kept us calm even when my brother was angry. She made things happen in one shift that was not obtained the entire stay. She helped my brother get oxygen when insurance would not pay. She got his pain pills approved by a doctor. He just had triple A surgery two days prior. She helped him want to go on. Thank you, Stacy!
