Stacy Lewis, MSN-Ed, RN-BC, CMSRN wanted to become a nurse since age 9.  She knew this field of "caring for others" was how she would spend her adult years.  For more than 10 years she provided bedside Medical Surgical nursing care to patients with acute exacerbations and some with terminal illnesses.  After which she transitioned roles from leadership, to unit educator supporting 5 Med Surg units.  Stacy 's career pathway was purposeful and designed to get her to academia.  She loves the profession of nursing and believes it is a privilege to help students reach their optimal potential of becoming extraordinary nurses.   She is thankful to God her students can see her passion for nursing excellence.
