Nurse Stacy was very empathetic and professional in her approach it was genuine and it immediately calmed and soothed me.
Nurse Stacy made a huge difference in my care, in the fact that they went above and beyond to educate me about the cause of the illness, and also how to prevent the illness that I was seeking medical attention for. Stacy took careful consideration of the fact that I have limited funding and resources available; she gave me ideas and even called around town to help me find a solution to the problem that I was having pertaining to my health, pets, etc. a solution that was not only feasible but obtainable for me. They even found a pharmacy that I could fill my prescription at, as I was worried about where I could fill the prescription. (Most pharmacies around town close at 7:00 pm). I would have to say that this was a very unique experience for me, as I’ve very seldom run across people that take pride in their jobs, are passionate about their work, and others, and truly care about their well-being, needs, thoughts, worries, problems, illnesses, etc.

Nurse Stacy asked me if I felt safe at home and I really appreciated that she took the time to ask me. It truly showed in both of their actions towards me and also in their words, they both made me feel at ease, helping to reassure me that everything would be ok, as I was very anxious. I can say that Nurse Stacy was very empathetic and professional in her approach it was genuine and it immediately calmed and soothed me; I just knew that I was in good hands and that I would be ok and that things would work out; the nurses were even able to get me to smile and laugh as opposed to when I first entered the emergency room. I was very embarrassed, ashamed, and reluctant to even talk about what was plaguing me, did I mention anxious and afraid? The professionalism, knowledge, genuineness, helpfulness, and kindness have made a lasting impact on me. I will remember this as long as I live.

Stacy for the exemplary care that you took of me in the emergency room, I am truly grateful and eternally thankful, you have restored my faith in the human race. I can’t thank you enough.
