At a very stressful visit to the ER. Stacy was truly an amazing nurse. She was there to help calm my nerves and accommodate my comfort. I ended up needing an emergency surgery and lost my pregnancy all in one moment. As you can imagine, this was painful both physically and emotional. I feel that Stacy was able to bring medical expertise, science, and empathy all together in a relatable human level. You can tell that Stacy is someone who really loves what she does and truly cares for the people she helps. My husband was with me during this time and she made sure to include him in the whole process. Stacy manages to combine her medical knowledge, empathy, communication skills and love for her job and bring this to the table. My visit occurred late at night and Stacy was still full of energy and positivity. I feel that Stacy is not only concerned with her patient's physical state but their mental state as well. All of these are rare things to find in a person. Stacy was able to help us through a difficult time using many skills, some of which cannot be taught. You can tell she loves her job. I am truly blessed to have been in her care.
