Stacy was my nurse the evening my sweet daughter was born at Midtown Medical Center. Everything seemed to be going well with my labor induction but they had noticed that the baby's heart rate had dropped but then would rise again. Stacy not only kept a close eye on the situation but stayed with me to make sure everything was ok. Around 9:30-9:40 pm, Stacy, being the attentive nurse that she is, noticed something was majorly wrong. My daughter's heart rate had gone down to 60. Thank God for Stacy because her quick action and attentiveness helped save our daughter's life. I was rushed into the operating room and had my daughter at 9:52 pm by emergency c-section. My daughter had the cord wrapped around her neck twice. Thank God I had Stacy that night as my nurse. I will forever be thankful to her and I believe she is a true hero. Stacy is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her job. I will never forget Stacy's love, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile to care for us.
