I am awestruck by the thoughtful care Stacy gives all of her patients. Today I witnessed Stacy care for a pediatric patient with multiple special needs. The patient was very anxious and did not want to cooperate. Stacy had a very individualized approach, considerate to his development level, anxiety, and current needs. Soon after meeting Stacy the child was smiling, laughing, and cooperative with care. It was nothing short of amazing!! Special needs or not, Stacy gives personalized care to all of her patients! She is happy to go the extra mile for her patients and use her creativity to meet their needs. We really appreciate Stacy on the Day Stay Unit and hope she is recognized for her incredible talents.
