Stacy had a confused, agitated (and at times combative) patient. This patient told Stacy how when she feels anxious at home, she always pets her cat. Stacy, without a second thought, went to the gift shop and purchased a cute stuffed cat for her patient to pet when she was feeling upset. Two days later and this patient is still telling everyone about this little cat, who she is calling "Malibu." Stacy truly went above and beyond to give this patient exceptional care!
