Dear ICU staff, My father came to the ICU almost dead and you and all the staff gave your all to give him the greatest gift, life itself, and you succeeded. I’m an Orthodox Jew and our tradition teaches that only those who are family worthy are given the opportunity to be a channel for healing and lifegiving. All of you proved your time worth as pipelines for our creator's, kindness and healing! No amount of words or paper or pens would suffice to thank you for giving me back my father. I’m writing the names of the nurses that I remember, but I can say with full honesty there was not a single nurse, PCT, or doctor that I have even a word of criticism for. All of you shocked me with your level of care and kindness. To those whom I have forgotten, please forgive me. To all the nurses of the ICU who showed such kindness. Not in order of importance: Frank, Eulissa, Whitney, James, Mark, Julia. RT—Hector, Harold, John with respiratory, Brian, Ann, and Travis. And of course, Dr. Chaudhari—I have never met a doctor like you.
