My sister, S, and I came to the hospital for her to register for surgery. When we arrived at the front desk, there was "no one" to assist us, even though there was a sign that said it was open. Not to point fingers, but they looked very busy and occupied. My sister was a bit impatient as she had an 11 am appointment and we had been waiting a long time for someone to assist us. One of the sweet ladies right down the hall working the cafe was super nice and saw us struggling and offered to call Ms. Lecia. The next thing we knew, Ms. Lecia came to the rescue and noticed how my sister was very upset and anxious about the circumstances. Ms. Lecia offered some kind words and told her not to worry, that she would look after us. Ms. Lecia quickly made some phone calls, escorted us to where we needed to be, and came back to check up on us. She was able to have admitting come to us to get my sister registered accordingly. What an angel Ms. Lecia is (God Sent). After this ordeal, Ms. Lecia promised she would look after us during my sister's surgery, and lo and behold, Ms. Lecia kept her word and made sure my sister's surgery was a success. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for all the hard work that you do!
