Starla had the 1-5 assignment, and it was a rather busy night for her. However, the patient in R803 was confused and fidgety. When the patient started talking about a baby, Starla took the time to make a baby doll that she could cuddle with. Her compassion and heart that she has for her patients is what makes her one of the best RN's that we have, and I feel honored and blessed to work with her.
