She showed me empathy and extreme patience in a very uncomfortable situation.  I can never thank her enough.  She has a very kind heart!
I had come earlier to do a bladder test and was not able to because there was too much noise and too many people around. I had extreme anxiety going to the bathroom in public places and emptying my bladder on demand.  I am doctoring here because it takes 3x to empty my bladder as it just stops so this increases my anxiety even more.

Starla was willing to come in at 7AM so that I could have a bladder test before anybody else came into work.  Besides the front desk person, it was only me and Starla in the office.  She explained everything to me, gave me privacy, and told me I could take my time. She said I could just open the door when I was finished.  She even said she would put a note on the outside of the door so no one else would try and open the door.  She made me feel at ease which reduced my stress.  She went above and beyond and took all the precautions to make sure this was as stress-free as it could be.  She showed me empathy and extreme patience in a very uncomfortable situation.  I can never thank her enough.  She has a very kind heart!

Starla treated me perfectly.  She did some Novocaine before my Botox, and it HELPED!  She was/is a keeper!

I had a Botox bladder injection and Starla was so comforting and explained things to me like no one else ever had.  I told her it always caused so much discomfort during, immediately following, and into the next day.  She told the doctor, and this time, I received an analgesic (RX) before leaving the clinic!  She was so kind and compassionate.  She truly listened and cared.

After the procedure, when I was leaving the clinic, she asked if I had time for her to check my InterStim implant system.  I have said from the very beginning that I didn’t think it was working!  Since March 2020 – no one has done that before.  Starla checked it out and found out that one of the leads wasn’t working.  Now, I am scheduled for replacement of the system in surgery in September.  They were going to replace the lead, but I asked for a new device.  I felt it was defective from the beginning!  I am so grateful she listened and took the time to check it out.
Thank you!
