I came into the ER as a domestic violence victim. Star made me feel safe and related with my story. She sat down with me and explained everything about my care so that I understood what was happening. After I was transferred and admitted, she came to visit me the next day and make sure that I was still doing okay. Star went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for during my time in the hospital.
