Starr Cloonan, RN who works in the Operating Room was nominated after a colleague nominated her for comforting a father and son as their pregnant wife/mother was being operated on. In the nomination, her colleague wrote that Starr helped arrange food and drinks for the family, updated the family during the procedure, stayed well past her shift and watched the son while the doctors talked to the father. She even made it a point to check on the family the following day.
