Stefanie is an excellent patient advocate. She demonstrates compassion, the desire to meet patient and family needs. She makes herself available to help present patient's concerns and goals to medical staff. Having had many experiences in and around hospitals, I am greatly impressed by the professional and personal skills of this excellent nurse. Stefanie demonstrated time after time her total commitment to patient care going far beyond what a patient or family member would normally expect. Her tone and attitude is as much healing as any medical procedure could wish to provide. I can't thank Stefanie enough.
