Stefanie went above and beyond to be attentive and helpful. She went out of her way to be caring and kind. It was obvious to all in our family she was sincere and truly cared! Her smile was always reassuring. Her clinical knowledge was exemplary, yet she used layman's terms so my mother would understand. She made this scary time so much nicer for us all.
