A while back Stefanija took care of me on the floor and I made sure to request her when was working. She was such a caring person. You could tell she was busy but that didn't stop her from taking the time to sit with me and talk. She could sense I was lonely and needed company and took the time to put me at ease. We talked about my pets and hers. She had a very calming personality and a good sense of humor, which helped me through the hard times. She never seemed she was put out when I asked for things and she constantly checked in on me. She showed compassion. It is nice to see someone loving their job and making a big impact on someone's life. You can tell she's been doing this long time but still puts her heart into it.
