Steffanie was awesome! We came in late in the ambulance from Winter Park Memorial and she was ready with open arms to receive my daughter. She was very thorough, explained every process/procedure and what was initially something scary for my daughter turned out to be a not so scary process. She told me on multiple occasions "that Steffanie was great!!" Her excellent care put a worried mom at ease and a sick little girl was relaxed and comfortable where she was, thanks to Steffanie!
