Steffi was an unbelievable nurse, caring when I needed her. I don't know how she knew, but she was always there. She treated my family and friend with support and explained to my daughter the progress of my recovery clearly and in terms a non-medical person could understand. She never even blinked an eye at my bladder control issues and even took care of it herself if the techs were busy, although it was so embarrassing to me. Maybe it was her job, but it never felt that way. It seemed her devotion and pleasure to take care of me. Every day she was on duty, it was as if it was her pleasure to serve me, my family, and my friends. It is not a job for her; it is a calling!
