Stella is an AMAZING nurse. She is loved by me and my family. I have been in emergency several times over the past couple of years and have had Stella as my nurse most visits. She is always awesome no matter how busy or hectic her day has been. She is very caring, compassionate and thorough. She loves her job and it shows! One moment that stands out is when my mother was rushed by ambulance from Regency to Beaumont, Taylor and passed away at 11:57 am, just minutes after arriving at the hospital. Stella was one of the nurses assigned to my mother. When we arrived at the hospital, we were unable to go back right away because they didn't have my mother's information in the system yet and they were still working on her so, we were unable to tell her goodbye. When we finally got called back, she was already gone. Stella offered warm hugs and comforting words. She came in the room several times making sure we were all okay. She brought refreshments and kept reassuring us that we could take as much time as we needed, even after the hospice nurse had left. My family and I are very thankful for Stella and her kindness. Thank you, Stella, from the bottom of our hearts. We love you!
