What an awesome, pleasant and smart Nurse! Stephan Herera attended to me multiple times during my 3-week endeavor here. I was able to observe his confidence growing and his personality coming out of his shell. Each time Staphan attended to me, led by his trainer’s expertise, he demonstrated growing confidence, professionalism, skills, compassion and care, growing stronger and stronger. I am the very proud recipient of Stephan's very first IV insertion! The procedure didn't cause any pain, was successful at the first attempt and is working still at this very moment.! 3 other IVs were inserted after Stephan's was, but Stephan's IV survived my 2nd surgery and is still working! Stephan, you are my hero! I will never forget you. I wish you all the best in your future.
