Stephan, an RN on 2North, was nominated by a nurse who currently works at R.O. She, unfortunately, was sick and hospitalized at Troy with COVID-19. Stephan took exceptional care of her, was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in a time when she felt exhausted and helpless. Regardless of how chaotic everything was, he always took the time to listen to her and care for her. As no longer just a nurse, but now a patient, she can truly say that he was a huge part of her recovery.
