Stephanie goes above and beyond each shift to make things go smoother within the department. She is a true team leader. She is constantly on the move at work and advocates for not only her patients but also her staff. ​

There was a specific time that comes to mind when thinking of how Stephanie is truly a phenomenal nurse, it was a Friday and when this infant came into the front doors and was pulseless and she sprang into action being the only one out front at the time and paged it over the ratio and ran down the hallway with this infant providing compressions and took action. ​

Stephanie is constantly checking the boards to try to make movement within the ER to ensure the best quality care. I am so grateful I get to work with Stephanie as a nurse because not only does she provide excellent care to her patients but also to co-workers. I truly am grateful to get to work next to her on a day-to-day basis.
