I’ve been treated at IU for over 5 years; during my time here, Steph has always been quick to listen, help, teach, and encourage me throughout my disease progression. While she may be doing what’s expected of a nurse at IU, in my opinion, she’s gone the extra mile to make me feel comforted and welcomed. Steph deserves all the praise and reward I have to offer - her compassion and empathy extend far beyond expectation. Thank you for making these appointments feel a little more like visiting family from out of town, as opposed to an obligatory check-up!
