I was on tube feeding during the transition to Kangaroo pumps. On the first night I had a new pump, the alarm went off every 40 minutes or so. Stephanie came promptly every time I called and did her best to fix the problem. She stayed calm and kept apologizing for a problem we both knew was not her fault. She also communicated with the other nurses that night and the day shift in an effort to solve the problem.
