From Day One Stephanie treated me like she was a part of my family. She listened to all my concerns, she took her time, I never felt rushed on like I was inconveniencing her. She provided me with solutions, options to my concerns, she was empathetic, compassionate and truly showed her number one priority in that moment was to take care of me. She was always smiling, and just demonstrated a very high integrity in Erie County Medical Center's mission "to provide every patient the highest quality care delivered with compassion."
This was my first time being admitted to a hospital, I was nervous and scared, but this hospital was great as a whole. I would like to compliment everyone I came in contact with during the duration of my stay but ultimately, Stephanie was a shining star.
