My niece was hospitalized a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately she passed. I am writing you because your staff gave us great care and were so kind. Stephanie Blum was one of her nurses on the unit that day.
I have been a nurse at UCM for 20 years and never have I been so proud to say I am a UCM nurse! Stephanie showed my family sympathy; she was warm, professional, and a light at a dark time. The importance of all Stephanie did was not just a nurse doing her job, it was how she made my family feel.
