Day after day Stephanie comes to work with a positive attitude and such an uplifting spirit that just seems to radiate throughout the staff. She embraces new policies and new staff ideas with optimism while trying to offer a solution to resolve an issue.

Stephanie is very personable and also very informative to the staff. She holds skills days educating nurses on equipment and policies. She also has an extensive history of working with any type of airway issues and devices and is willing to teach any nurse on the floor at any time if they have a questions. Her love for teaching doesn't stop on the floor, she wears many hats and actually teaches in the school of nursing twice a week. Watching her nurse makes me happy she teaches because I know the future nurses are in good hands!
