In addition to her normal duties as a nurse which she performed in an exceptional manner, Stephanie took a significant amount of extra time to help us during our Son's stay. She answered all our questions (we had a lot!) and took the time to do additional research so we had the best and most complete answers to our biggest concerns. She also took extra time to comfort our son when he had no emergent needs, but was just in need of being held while we were either out of the room or asleep. This allowed us to rest so we could get the training needed to care for our son at home when he is discharged. We never felt like we had to bug her about concerns with his actions or stats, she was consistently on top of his care at all times. Her exceptional attention allowed our Son to recover quickly and thoroughly, ahead of schedule.
