Nurse Steph’s plans and treatments to heal the traumatic hematoma in my leg and arm and two ulcers in my right ankle were successful. During each visit, she carefully examined the wounds, measured them, asked questions, and answered my questions. She explained the applications of wound cleanser and dressings; she dressed the wounds with appropriate bandage systems and explained the purpose of the procedure and the schedule. At the end of every appointment, she gave me an After Visit Summary, including directions on how to care for the wounds until my next appointment with her. Stephanie is a complete professional. She is well-trained, knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsible, and kind. She determined my condition and found the best ways to treat the condition. I am privileged to have been her patient.
