“Conner was in PICU for one month and lost 35 pounds. Stephanie comes by at least once a week and brings him homemade sweets to help him gain weight. Stephanie was always gentle with all of us and helped us try to understand what was to be expected with each treatment. She was very patient with every situation and didn’t mind repeating things several times until we understood. Her compassion and bedside manner showed be the standard for nurses. She truly loves what she does and has a real interest and love for making people better.”
