I took my dad to urgent care. He had several issues. I needed help getting him out of the car. Stephanie greeted us with a big smile and asked several questions about how she could help my dad. She said she was just asking for safety reasons for her and him and the care she could provide for him. She stayed with us for the few hours we were there. She also explained everything that was being done. My dad was sick and was sent to Carle Hospital. She not only explained how to get there, but she also printed directions and asked the Medix people to go slow enough so we could follow them.
I thank you so much for the care you all provided for my dad and thank Stephanie for going way out of her way for the help.
