Thank you so much for your energy that you give, I really needed that positive smile. I would always start a conversation with the staff just to break the ice. With Stephanie, I did not have to do that. From the moment she entered my room, she was very well spoken, smiled and started a conversation. She explained the medicine she had for me, allowing me to refuse some medication, but still informed me why they were important. I would always ask the staff how long they have been in their position. To hear that she had not long ago become a nurse confused me. She is very professional and full of knowledge.
