I had a psych patient that was out of control and refused to communicate with me. Stephanie Frizzell stepped in and showed a well-developed ability to bring the patient down, in order to move forward in the care process. She knew just how and when to intervene in a way to resolve the situation. Stephanie is the absolute best!
