Steph had a presence when she entered the room that put us at ease. She has style, personality, and a bag of tricks. My wife and I learned new things to do for our newborn and how to help him sleep and swaddle. She advised us how to feed and when to place the baby down. She showed us how to comfort him in the bassinet.
Meanwhile, she breezed through our regular vitals and testing with contentedness and professionalism. My wife was on a magnesium drip and Steph was on it during the last half of the 24 cycle. What would normally be a low point for us became an opportunity to be optimistic with Steph. Her confidence inspired us to conquer this tough time and she made it a tolerable experience with an end in sight. Thank you Steph and keep it up; your next patients will be lucky to have you, you made us smile as soon as we saw you.
