Stephanie's patient described how she took small actions to make a huge impact. This patient talked about how Stephanie "treated me like I mattered" and "sat with me through the whole process making sure I didn't feel alone". Along with offering the patient something to eat and drink, as well as warm blankets, she took the time to review all of the paperwork with the patient to ensure she understood and was comfortable with everything before leaving. This patient wrote, "I cannot express how amazing it felt to have her sit and talk with me through this process at the ER. Stephanie made a huge impact on me and my life that I will forever be grateful for".
