My 9-year-old had to undergo an endoscopy procedure. Stephanie explained everything with care in a way to my son that he understood and she gave him extra blankets. She would squat or kneel to his level when talking to him. She’s the sweetest nurse we have ever met and she went above the “expected” level. Stephanie is one of those people you look upon and learn from, she has so much knowledge of everything going on. She managed everything so swiftly. We will forever remember her.
