Stephanie Hinkle, RN

Stephanie displayed so much compassion toward her patients, families, peers, and nursing students. She was tripled up and took students (from ASU) with a positive attitude. She took time to teach the students, answer questions, and share why she became an ICU nurse. Her professionalism and compassion made a huge difference in the students' clinical experience. She showed the students that the patients are the number one priority and that no matter what is thrown at you, you give your best and keep a positive attitude. The students bragged about her thorough assessment skills and her kindness. It is nurses like Stephanie who truly make a difference in healthcare. This is my fourth rotation on SICU, and she is ALWAYS giving her best with a smile.
