Stephanie was discharging a patient who was homeless. The patient was going to take a bus to a nearby shelter. The patient had very little belongings and no shoes to wear. Stephanie was so amazing, she went to her car and gave this patient her own personal shoes so he wouldn't be without. I believe she went above and beyond to make sure this patient was discharged as safely as possible.
