I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the care of my mother received when she was admitted from ER for another thoracentesis due to breast cancer. During her stay June 9-11 2014 the excellent care she received was in large part to the nursing staff and of course the attending doctors. I want to especially recognize, standing out among this staff was the nurse providing mom's primary care; Stephanie Howard.

Stephanie was very caring, professional, patient and attentive to mom's needs. Never was there a moment while I was there that we felt rushed or ignored. In fact, Stephanie made us feel as if she was mom's personal care provider and took time to answer all of our many questions. Please extend our sincerest thanks especially to Stephanie and the other staff for the care they provided mom.
