Stephanie K Friesen, RN

I was scheduled for surgery on my shoulder for a practically torn rotator cuff and bone spur removal. I arrived in the morning after going over 12 hours with no food, nothing to drink (including coffee), and no smoking on top of the anxiety of surgery I was a total wreck!! Being nervous about the whole procedure was an understatement. After being called in the first person I met was Stephanie Friesen, her entire attitude and bedside manner were extremely amazing at getting me calmed down and ready for the surgery. She is a very caring person towards her patients. She informed me of the steps of the entire procedure, who I was going to see, and why and just overall made me very comfortable with everything that was going to happen. Stephanie is a definite asset to the ambulatory surgery center and should be commended for her caring attitude and professional demeanor.
