Stephanie consistently helps her peers. I have not seen another nurse go into as many patient rooms to help as much as she does. She will notice any concerning vital signs/EKG on the monitor and attend to that patient by asking that patient's nurse if she can help. Stephanie is a great resource on your unit as I have also seen many new nurses look to her for help. She is a great team member and a great nurse.
