We had the pleasure of having Steph as our night shift nurse all 3 nights that my husband and I were in the hospital for the birth of our baby girl E. Steph was fantastic through the whole process which made it less nerve-wracking for us first-time parents going through the birthing process. She was amazing in handling my comfort levels and making sure I had everything my husband and I needed, including a relaxing pre labor spa session which was so thoughtfully planned. She also was very personable and easy to talk to which made it fun to have her in our room to have meaningful conversations with. When it came to my daughter's birth, she was calm yet direct and was able to help me through the process in an efficient and smooth manner, which isn't always easy during that time when you're about to give birth! After the birth, she was very helpful with education on skin to skin, breastfeeding, and other needs that our baby had. We were ecstatic and surprised when she came to work on Sunday night and was also going to be our nurse down in the postpartum wing! Stephanie is an amazing nurse and you can tell that she thrives in the labor and delivery unit of the hospital. If I could, I would 100x over have her as my nurse for every baby I have in the future as I can't imagine going through 36 hours of induction prep, induction, labor, and delivery without her help. THANK YOU, Steph! You were a highlight of our hospital stay and we can't thank you enough for helping us get Ms. E here safe and sound.
