My 19-year-old daughter has been a frequent flier at Dell since it opened. In all our years of coming to Dell, this visit by far was our best experience all around - from the ER to the Neurology Unit where a bed was found for us. During our 14 hours in ER, the entire staff that assisted us was kind and professional, but one person went above and beyond. Stephanie Landrey took nursing to a new level. My daughter is non-verbal and developmental delayed. Stephanie made sure she spoke to my daughter and explained everything she was doing. She showed interest in what she was looking at on her IPad. Apologized when she had to cause her pain - placing an NG tube. She treated her with genuine interest, patience, and kindness always. She also made sure I was okay. Even bringing me a bed after 10 hours. My daughter did some scary things that day and I feel so very blessed Stephanie was there to take care of us! Thank you, Stephanie. You're amazing!
