At a very low point for me, she created an "ESCORT SERVICE" with pictures on my IV cart to make me feel that I was not alone. The humor lifted my spirits and was a source of conversation and community on the unit as we thought it made Rush that "one step above" the others in patient services. Her professionalism in detailing my tedious care NEVER WAIVERED. She attended to my every physical requirement and provided me with reassurance as my treatment progressed. I AM DEEPLY GRATEFUL. I would not have recovered without her.
