A patient called me to say that Stephanie was exceptional and went above and beyond the call of duty. The patient was diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer and given 4 months to live. She said that all the nurses were great, but this one stood out because she was very compassionate, concerned, helpful and positive. She stated that she could not leave this earth without letting Stephanie know what she meant to her.
