Stephanie is without a doubt the kind of nurse you want to have while in labor. She "does it all and does it beautifully". She tends to be humble and not want recognition, but I think she deserves to be recognized. Stephanie is a unit team leader. When the unit is chaotic, Stephanie handles the situation with grace. She is there for whatever you need with a smile on her face. She is someone who leads by example and takes pride in her role as a labor and delivery nurse. Stephanie can be so compassionate, empathetic, and supportive when women are at their most vulnerable period of time. What always impresses me is how calm Stephanie remains no matter the situation thrown at her. She is impressive. Stephanie is more than just a nurse or coworker, but a friend to many. She is the kind of nurse and person that we all want to be more like.
