Stephanie Morgan, RN

I have worked with Stephanie for years, from her days as a CNA to helping her get oriented as an RN on Med-Surg. Years later, she returned the favor and oriented me to Endoscopy and Same Day Surgery. In the last few years, Stephanie took on the roles of team lead in SDS/Endo and now CNC for the Surgical Services department.

She has always shown a caring and compassionate attitude to her patients and co-workers. As team leader, I personally witnessed her stand calm while being verbally abused by a disgruntled co-worker. She kept her cool and defused the situation in a professional and calm way. She treats everyone the same regardless of any differences in our group. I see her upholding our goal to provide the best compassionate care to our patients every day. She is truly an extraordinary nurse, leader, and human being. I wish there were a lot more like her.
