Stephanie Morsch, RN

As RGH has been preparing for its Magnet redesignation visit, Stephanie has gone above and beyond to support her nurse manager colleagues and the Magnet Program Director in preparing for a successful visit. Stephanie's creativity and knowledge of the nurse manager role allowed her to create tools and education for her peers that were meaningful and achievable. She developed templates and outlines for units that encouraged individuality but kept the RGH messaging aligned. She stepped up and strongly supported this journey without hesitation. The way in which she presented and delivered material was instrumental in getting the units ready. Thank you, Stephanie, for embracing this work and leading the team on this journey!
