I am overwhelmed with the support and compassion received from Stephanie Smith. She made her initial introduction positive and warm. I felt immediately comfortable and well taken care of in her hands. She was the perfect combination of personable and professional. She made it clear she was there to take care of me and advocate for my needs. She was able to identify what I needed when I did not have words to describe my pain and concerns. Stephanie always had a hand in my care and made sure I was taken care of. Stephanie was my voice and my support. She spoke to those who had a hand in my care to make sure my voice was heard and my needs addressed.
